Welcome to Fintry! Please take a moment to read these Terms, as they form the agreement between you, the user, and us, Fingrow LTD, the provider of Fintry services and software.

By using Fintry (“Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “Terms” or the “Agreement”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference, which means they are part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or are not eligible to use our Services, please do not access any part of the Service.

To use Fintry, you must:

Be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18, parental permission is required.

Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fintry is a subscription-based software platform designed to help you better understand and manage your personal finances — all in one place. We license you access to our app and technology, offering secure and user-friendly tools to simplify your financial life.

When subscribed, you get ongoing access to our digital services, including:

- A unified view of your accounts: See your bank accounts, cards, and balances in one clean dashboard. - Smart financial tracking: Understand where your money goes with categorized insights on income, spending, and savings potential. - Investment overview: Track your portfolios — stocks, crypto, real estate — and view your net worth over time. - AI-powered assistance: Our AI helps surface trends, identify patterns, and provide insights tailored to your financial data.

We update and improve the Fintry platform continuously, and as long as your subscription is active, you'll receive full access to all available features, updates, and support. Access to the software is licensed for personal use only and does not involve ownership of the app or any of its content.

5.1 Licensing & IP Ownership

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Fintry software and services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a sale.

All rights, title, and interest in the app, including software code, content, visual design, and architecture, are owned exclusively by Fingrow LTD.

You may not:

- Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service - Rent, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Service - Attempt to extract source code or underlying logic of our systems

5.2 Trial

We may offer a paid trial subscription for Fintry. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription price indicated at the time of registration.

5.3 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., 4 weeks, 12 weeks) until canceled. You can cancel at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined below.

5.4 Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the method you submit during registration. You authorize us to store your payment details to process renewals automatically. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other providers listed at checkout.

5.5 Cancellation

To cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store, turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

For subscriptions purchased through our website, click “Unsubscribe” in your account settings or contact us at support@fintry.io.

Canceling stops auto-renewal but allows access to features until the current billing period ends.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are offered in accordance with applicable laws. For website purchases, refunds may be available under the following conditions:

You contact us within 30 days of purchase.

You provide evidence of following the learning curriculum for at least 21 days within the first 30 days.

Technical issues prevent access to the Service.

Refunds are not provided for:

Personal preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the product”).

Financial reasons (e.g., “I didn’t realize I’d be charged”).

Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.

We may adjust subscription fees. Users will be notified of price changes via email or other prominent methods. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

We collect, store, and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Fintry, you consent to this data processing.

We prioritize security with:

Bank-level encryption.

Data storage in compliance with strict European regulations.

A commitment to never sell your data to third parties.

GDPR-compliant agreements with third-party service providers.

Users can exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or transfer their personal data by contacting us at support@fintry.io. Requests will be processed within 30 days as mandated by GDPR.

You are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use Fintry for non-commercial purposes. By using the Service, you agree:

- Not to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service. - Not to use the Service for unlawful purposes. - To respect our intellectual property rights. - To use strong passwords and safeguard your account credentials.

Fintry’s AI-powered advisor provides educational recommendations but does not constitute professional financial advice. Any decisions made based on AI suggestions are at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fintry is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

If a dispute arises, please contact us at support@fintry.io. Disputes will be governed by the laws of Cyprus and resolved in the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, unless the Website and/or the App is defective, you are not eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to digital services.

We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you accept the revised Terms.

13.1 Definitions

Service: Refers to all products, features, and services provided by Fintry.

User: Refers to individuals accessing or using Fintry.

Digital Content: Includes all data, tools, and materials provided through Fintry.

13.2 Termination Clause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Users may also terminate their accounts by contacting support.

13.3 Force Majeure

Fingrow LTD is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

13.4 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Fingrow LTD against claims or damages resulting from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13.5 Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.6 User Communication

We may contact you via email or notifications for updates and important information about the Service.

13.7 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design elements of Fintry are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any material is prohibited.

13.8 Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in activities that compromise the integrity of the Service, such as data scraping, hacking, or posting unlawful content. Breaches may result in account suspension or termination.

13.9 Translation Disclaimer

For your convenience, these Terms may be translated into multiple languages. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

13.10 Marketing Opt-Out

Users can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting support@fintry.io.

13.11 App Store & Play Store Provisions

You acknowledge that:

- This agreement is between you and Fingrow LTD, not Apple or Google. - Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it. - You will comply with their respective terms when using Fintry.
